WiFCERM is excited to be returning to the Flood and Coast Conference this June. We’re looking forward to connecting with colleagues from across the flood and coastal risk management community.

Networking Event

A key highlight of this year’s programme is the WiFCERM Networking Event, taking place on Tuesday 9th June, 17:15–18:45. Kindly sponsored by the Environment Agency and hosted by our co-chairs Amy Shaw (WiFCERM Lead) and Mark Garratt (Deputy Director, Environment Agency), this year’s theme is “Attracting and Retaining Women in the FCERM Sector.” The session will bring together perspectives from across the industry, including CIWEM, consultancies, and early career professionals, and will offer an opportunity for meaningful discussion and collaboration.

We’re keen to make this session as engaging and meaningful as possible – and that means hearing from you. Flood and Coast Awards Dinner

We’re also delighted to be part of the prestigious Flood and Coast Awards Dinner on Wednesday 10th June, where WiFCERM will be presenting the WiFCERM Awards. These awards recognise the outstanding contributions, achievements and leadership of individuals and organisations across the sector, and we are proud to celebrate the people driving positive change in FCERM.
